Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 (‘SEBI Circular’), Endurance Technologies has informed that the Company has evaluated and approved capacity addition for aluminium die casting and machining of automotive components, primarily to cater to electric two-wheelers. The capacity expansion shall be at its existing manufacturing facilities at plot nos. K-227 and L-20 at Waluj, Aurangabad. The estimated investment towards capex is ~Rs. 370 million.
