The eminent panel of Awards Jury was headed by Justice PN Bhagwati, former Chief Justice of India and acting Chairman, UN Human Rights Committee. The award was presented to R Ramanan, MD & CEO CMC, by Mr. Sudhir Vasudeva, Chairman & MD, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, India.
