Indo National has informed that its next Board Meeting to be convened on Friday the 09th February 2024. The agenda for the meeting includes among other things, consideration and approval of Standalone / Consolidated Un-audited financial results and publication of Standalone/Consolidated Financial results for the Third Quarter and Nine month ended 31st December 2023. Further, it has confirmed that, the company will be arranging to publish the Un-audited Financial Results in the Newspapers, as soon as the same is approved and taken on record by its Board at their above meeting.
