Further to notice dated 27th December, 2023 relating to intimation of closure of trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of Mahaan Foods shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended December 31, 2023.
