With refer to intimation of Board Meeting dated 23rd January 2024 for convening a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company on Saturday 3rd February, 2024 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended on 31st December 2023, BCL Industries has informed that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the said meeting is being rescheduled and shall now be held on Monday, 12th February, 2024 at the Registered Office of the Company.
