Adani Power has incorporated, in consortium, an special purpose vehicle (SPV) under the name ‘Moxie Power Generation’ (MPGL). The company’s shareholding is 49% of the total share capital of MPGL. The Certificate of Incorporation was received from Ministry of Corporate Affairs on January 30, 2024. Object of incorporating the SPV inter alia is to carry on the business of generation, accumulation, distribution and supply of and to generally deal in electricity.
Adani Power is engaged in the business of generation, accumulation, distribution and supply of power and to generally deal in electricity and to explore, develop, generate, accumulate, supply and distribute or to deal in other forms of energy from any source whatsoever.
