BLS International Services’ (BLS) wholly owned subsidiary -- BLS International FZE, UAE is all set to subscribe 100% share capital of BLS International USA Inc. (USA), a company incorporated under the law of USA, consequent to the subscription of 100% share capital of BLS International USA Inc (USA), it will become a wholly owned step down subsidiary of the company (SDS-WOS). The (SDS-WOS) shall inter- alia deal in the existing range of business.
