Ducon Infratechnologies has informed that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 6th February, 2024 through Video Conferencing/ Any Other Audio Visual Means, to consider and adopt the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Result of the Company for the quarter and Nine Months ended on 31 st December, 2023. Further, in continuation of letter dated 28 th December, 2023 and in terms of the Ducon Infratechnologies Code of Business Conduct and Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Person, the trading window for insiders which is already closed with effect from 1st January, 2024, shall continue to remain closed till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the dissemination of the un-audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company (both days inclusive) for the quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2023.
