Further, as per Regulation 47 of Listing Regulations, notice of Board Meeting would also be available on the website of the Company, www.arvog.com and BSE, www.bseindia.com. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and as per the terms of 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed for the period as mentioned in the intimation submitted to BSE on 26th December, 2023.
