Further, informed that the Trading Window of the Company shall continue to remain closed for all designated persons till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
