Further, pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the Trading Window has been already closed with effect from January 1, 2024 and shall continue to remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours from the said Financial Statements are made public.
