Kalpataru Projects International has informed that the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has approved the issuance of Unsecured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 150 Crores (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty Crores only) on private placement basis. Information as required under Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure-A. The meeting of Executive Committee commenced at 11:30 a.m. and concluded at 12:15 pm.
