Pursuant to Reg. 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Star Paper Mills has informed that it has received a show cause notice on 31st Jan' 24 (17.50 PM) from Asstt. Commissioner, GST Deptt., Saharanpur for FY 2018-19 proposing demand of GST, interest and penalty aggregating Rs 95.62 lacs for FY 2018-19 related to reversal of input tax credit and GST on sale of vehicle. The above show cause notice will be suitably replied by the company. There is no material impact on financial, operation, or other activities of the company due to above show cause notice.
