Apollo Tyres has rolled out a digital initiative, ‘Trumigo’, which offers at-home car services, bringing professional, high quality car maintenance directly to a customer’s doorstep. This service offering is currently available in Gurugram on a pilot basis, which will soon be rolled out for the entire Delhi NCR.
This initiative is an outcome of a deep dive into the auto aftermarket ecosystem with primary research of customer needs and the existing capability gaps. The key insights that the company received from customers related to their car services was the basis for setting up Trumigo, which offers the services of highly skilled mechanics and service advisors.
