CONSULTANTS (RTA Company), stating that pursuant to an Order dated December 18, 2023 passed by the Mumbai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal; RTA Company has been merged with Link Intime India (LIIPL) with effect from December 22, 2023. By virtue of the above, Link Intime India is now the RTA of the Company. The details of Registrar and Transfer Agents are enclosed.
