Tata Chemicals informs about loss of share certificates

Tata Chemicals has informed that it enclosed intimation letter dated February 05, 2024, received from its RTA -Link Intime India (LIIPL), regarding duplicate share certificates of the Company. Pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/ P/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, a letter of confirmation will be issued to the securities holder / claimant upon completion of necessary procedures regarding duplicate share certificates. Also find enclosed intimation letter dated February 06, 2024, received from LIIPL regarding loss of share certificates of the Company. This information is being submitted pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
