In a bid to rebuild Delhi Connaught place property, Parsvnath Developers is reportedly planning to spend Rs 200-300 crore in the Connaught place asset. The company will use the land at Connaught place to build house offices.
Parsvnath is currently developing 76.3 million square feet of area in 27 cities across India out of which it has already sold 36.3 million square feet of space. With the new scheme in place, Parsvnath expects to double its sales in current quarter.
