Tata Power had organized Quality Nite 2013 at its Jojobera power plant at Jamshedpur. The objective of this initiative was to recognize employees of quality circles (QC) at the plant. Quality Nite is an annual function organized to felicitate outstanding employees/ teams, for contribution towards the QC movement.
As part of the movement, the improvements implemented at the Jojobera plant are presented through case studies at various national and international forums. The exercise facilitates best practice sharing and learnings from improvements taking place at different companies.
