Meera Industries has informed that it enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice dated 07 February, 2024, seeking approval of the Members for Alteration of the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company. The Postal Ballot Notice, together with Explanatory Statement, is being sent to the Members whose names appear on the Register of Members/list of Beneficial Owners received from the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and the Central Depository Services (India) (CDSL) as on 028th February, 2024. The Company has engaged the services of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) for facilitating an e-voting. E-voting will commence on Saturday, 10 February, 2024 (09:00 A.M.) and will end on Sunday, 10 March, 2024 (05:00 PM) (Both days inclusive). The voting will not be allowed beyond 5:00 pm (IST) on Sunday, 10th March, 2024 and the e-voting shall be disabled by NSDL thereafter. The results of postal ballot will be declared on or before Tuesday, 12th March, 2024.
