Public-sector bank, Central Bank of India has launched RuPay Debit Card and Wonder Card on May 09, 2013. RuPay debit card is the debut card launched by the bank on RuPay Platform (Swadeshi Platform) under National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). Wonder Card is the unique debit card for salary account customers, this card in-builds the features of debit cum credit card (Overdraft facility).
Central Bank of India has 4,300 branches and 2,500 ATMs with a Pan India presence of all the branches connected under the CBS platform. The bank has a business turnover exceeding Rs 4 lakh crore.
