Gopala Polyplast has received an approval from High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad on May 07, 2013 for Scheme of Arrangement involving Financial Restructuring of Gopala Polyplast and its Equity shareholders. The Scheme has been made effective by filing the said order of the High court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad with the Registrar of Companies, on May 13, 2013.
