Quess Corp has incorporated two wholly-owned subsidiaries namely, Digitide Solutions and Bluspring Enterprises. The company has incorporated new companies for the business of information technology solutions, business support service and operating assets management.
Earlier, the company had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department of Gujarat Technical University, the state’s largest public technical university, Government of Gujarat.
