Krsnaa Diagnostics has received approval for incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Krsnaa Retail’. The incorporation of the WOS will leverage the growth opportunities in the B2C segment. The proposed WOS company to be incorporated in India shall carry out business in the field of Diagnostics Services. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on February 12, 2024, have approved the same.
