Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Krsnaa Diagnostics has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on February 12, 2024, have approved incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the company. The incorporation of the wholly owned subsidiary will leverage the growth opportunities in the B2C segment. The details required under regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure.
