They are enclosing copy of the said Unaudited Financial Results and Limited Review Report thereon. The Meeting of Board of Directors was commenced at 2:30 pm and concluded at 3:10 pm. This is as per Regulation - 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
