Ventura Textiles outstanding loans along with further interest / penal interest / liquidated damages etc., has been acquired by JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company (JMARC) from SBI. JMARC has restructured the entire outstanding dues amounting to Rs 9.10 crore subject to meeting all the terms of restructuring. The board of directors at its meeting held on May 16, 2013 has taken the note of it.
Ventura Textiles is engaged in manufacturing of textiles consisting of fabric and yarn. The products of the company include woven fabrics of cotton unbleached and bed spreads.
