Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, PSP Projects has informed that the company is in receipt of new Work Order worth INR 630.90 Crores (excluding taxes) for Construction of Gati Shakti Vishwavidhyalaya at Vadodara for Rail Vikas Nigam in Government Category. The project is to be completed within a period of 30 months. With receipt of the above order, the total order inflow during the financial year 2023-24 till date amounts to INR 2626.61 Crores. Further, it has confirmed that none of the promoters/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity/entities from whom the order/contract is received and the award of order does not fall within the purview of related party transactions. Further confirmed that all the work orders are received from Domestic entities and all the work orders are Domestic.
