JK Lakshmi Cement soars on reporting production at 4.05 lakh MT in April 2013

JK Lakshmi Cement is currently trading at Rs. 101.05, up by 1.15 points or 1.15% from its previous closing of Rs. 99.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 101.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 102.40 and Rs. 100.50 respectively. So far 10,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 171.60 on 03-Jan-2013 and a 52 week low of Rs. 59.85 on 22-Jun-2012.

JK Lakshmi Cement has reported the operational performance of the company for the month of April 2013. The company’s production including clinker sale for the month of April 2013 stood at 4.05 lakh MT, while the dispatches including clinker sale for the same period stood at 3.95 lakh MT.

JK Lakshmi Cement is engaged in the manufacturing of grey cement at its plants located at Sirohi, Rajasthan, with an installed capacity of 4.2 million tonnes per annum (mtpa), and at Kalol, Gujarat, with an installed capacity of 0.55 mtpa as on March 31, 2012.
