IRB Infrastructure Developers is reportedly planning to develop 1200 acre township on Mumbai - Pune highway. The company is also looking to enter into partnership pact for the township project.
Recently, the company had received an approval for raising of funds by issue of Redeemable Non Convertible Debt Securities including senior debt securities or subordinate debt securities up to Rs 500 crore in one or more tranches on private placement basis.
