Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Premco Global has informed that Hon’ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench, vide its order dated 16th February, 2024 (Certified Order), passed, the following directions to the Company: The Company shall issue a notice under Registered Post Acknowledgement to the shareholder on their record giving them 15 days’ time to respond, failing which, 71,300 shares shall be transferred in the name of the Applicant Satyanarayan Karwa.
