Further to intimation dated 15th February, 2023, 13th March, 2023, 24th May, 2023 and 2nd February, 2024, regarding an incident of fire at manufacturing plant located at C10/1, MIDC, Akkalkot Road, Solapur, Maharashtra - 413006, GRP has informed that the Company has lodged claims with the Insurance company amounting to Rs 1,645.73 lakhs, which is the actual amount of damage caused due to the fire. Against this, Insurance company made an on-account payment of Rs 250 lakhs in May, 2023. The Insurance company has accepted a claim of Rs 563.35 lakhs against loss on account of stocks. Of this, a sum of Rs 225.31 lakhs was paid in January, 2024. The balance amount of Rs 338.04 lakhs was paid on 16th February, 2024. With this payout, the claim against stocks is settled in entirety.
