63 Moons Technologies’ subsidiary -- Ticker has raised an amount aggregating to Rs 3.24 crore through private placement of 27 lakh equity shares at Rs 12 per share (i.e. equity share of face value Rs 1 each issued at a premium of Rs 11 per share). Subsequent to the above allotment by Ticker, the shareholding of 63 moons in Ticker stood at 75.25%.
