Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023, and in accordance with the Company's Policy on Determination of Materiality for Disclosure of Events or Information, Bajel Projects has informed that the Company has identified material Tax dispute requiring disclosure under sub-paragraph 8 of paragraph B of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations, as per the revised materiality criteria prescribed in the SEBI Amendments.
