In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Delta Corp has informed that the company has entered into a share purchase agreement with Ability Games and Ashtek Consultancy (‘Purchasers’) for sale of the Company’s entire shareholding in Caravella Entertainment (‘CEPL’), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company which owns 89.29% of the share capital of Deltin Nepal (‘DNPL’). Relevant details as per Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure A.
