Delta Corp (DCL) has entered into a share purchase agreement with Ability Games and Ashtek Consultancy for sale of the company’s entire shareholding in Caravella Entertainment (CEPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company which owns 89.29% of the share capital of Deltin Nepal (DNPL).

Following the completion of the proposed sale, DNPL will continue to have the right to use ‘Deltin Casino International’ related trade marks for a transition period of up to 2 years. The stake sale aligns with DCL's vision to optimize its portfolio and enhance shareholder value.

The Company is engaged in three business segments i.e. Casino Gaming, Online Skill Gaming and Hospitality.
