The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has issued a Certificate of Incorporation for the same.
EQUIPPP DESI Investments is a fund management company specializing in financing the capital requirements for social and infrastructure projects of Local Bodies and State Governments. The object of incorporation is to diversify and expand the current business operations which will help the company in becoming more agile and diversified.
