Further, it has informed that the company has filed the following disclosures with BSE: 1. The respective intimation(s) and report(s) under Regulation 10(5) and 10(6) of SEBI SAST Regulations on 20th January 2024 and 3rd February 2024 respectively. 2. The respective disclosure(s) under Regulation 7(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 on 2nd February 2024.
