She has resigned due to personal reasons and there is no other reason other than mentioned in her resignation letter attached herewith. The details required under regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 20 IS are given in the enclosed Annexure I. Further, Mazher N.Laila, CMD of the company would be the compliance officer of the company with effective from 15th February, 2024 as approved by the Board of Directors.
