Time Technoplast has informed that Time Securities Services, one of the promoters of the company, has purchased 1,21,500 Equity shares of the Company at an average price of Rs 220.05 per share from Open Market on 27.02.2024, for a total consideration of Rs 2.67 Crore. Post this transaction, the total equity shares held by the promoters is 11,70,13,304 shares which is 51.56% of the total equity share capital of the Company. Furthermore, as on date 100% promoter equity share holding is free from pledge.
