Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) hereinafter referred to as ‘SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015’, Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure has informed that Vaibhav Pandey (ACS-53653) has today conveyed his decision to resign from the post of Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company, due to his personal reasons from the close of business hours on Wednesday, 28th February 2024. The Company has accepted his resignation. Detailed information as required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13 July 2023 in respect of aforesaid resignation are given in ‘Annexure A’ to this letter. The letter of resignation along with the reason for resignation is annexed.
