Gujarat Petrosynthese has informed that it enclosed intimation Letter dated February 28, 2024, received from its RTA - Bigshare Services, providing information regarding loss of share certificate and issuance of duplicate share certificate(s) to the shareholder of the Company. As required under SEBI Circular No. SEBl/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the Company shall issue the 'Letter of Confirmation' and the corresponding shares will be transferred to the Demat account of the respective claimant after complying with the required formalities.
