In continuation to its intimation dated January 12, 2024, regarding the award received in favour of Beta Wind Farm (BETA, one of the material subsidiaries of the company) from the Office of the RBI Ombudsman, Thiruvananthapuram in a complaint filed against Bank of Baroda. Orient Green Power Company has informed that on March 1, 2024, it has received an email from Secretariat of Appellate Authority, RBI informing BETA that Bank of Baroda preferred an appeal against the award passed by RBI Ombudsman and BETA is advised to submit its comments on all the grounds raised in the appeal. BETA is in the process of submitting the response.
