Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Sub-para (20) of Para (A) of Part (A) of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation 2015, as amended, DOMS Industries has submitted the disclosure regarding the Income Tax Assessment order dated February 28, 2024 (referred to as ‘the Order’) received by DOMS the Company from Income Tax department for Assessment Year 2018-19. Along with the Order it has also received a Show Cause Notice for Penalty Proceedings dated February 28, 2024. This Assessment Order and the Show Cause Notice were received by the Company on February 29, 2024. The relevant details as per the requirement of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are given in the enclosed ‘Annexure - A’.
