Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, MEP Infrastructure Developers has informed that the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (‘EOGM’) of the company was held on Friday, 1st March, 2024 at 02:00 pm (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) & ended at 02.40 pm, without the physical presence of the Shareholders, in compliance with the relevant Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, as amended from time to time. In this regard, it has enclosed proceedings of the EOGM pursuant to Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
