Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirement) Regulations, 2015, Whirlpool of India has informed that effective 11th March, 2024, Amit Aggarwal will take over the role of Head of Information Technology of the Company. A brief profile of Aggarwal is provided below: Amit Aggarwal has an experience of over 22 years and has previously worked with companies like Adani Enterprises, Havells India, Lava International, IBM, Infosys etc. He joined Whirlpool in February, 2020 and has worked in various roles in the Information Technology function. He completed his Bachelors of Technology in 2002 from Jamia Millia Islamia and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Lucknow in 2019. Amit Aggarwal is not related to any Directors of the Company.
