CMS Info Systems has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company on March 6, 2024, has made an allotment of 1,06,000 (One Lakh Six Thousand) equity shares of face value Rs 10 (Rupees Ten Only) each under CMS Employees Stock Option Plan 2016. The equity shares allotted shall rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company. Consequent to the above allotment of equity shares, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 1,626,562,910 consisting of 162,656,291 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each to Rs 1,627,622,910 consisting of 162,762,291 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each.
