Shish Industries has received approval for 100% acquisition of Dunnage Bag (DBPL) by way of acquisition of all the Equity shares of the DBPL at a total consideration of not exceeding Rs 980 lakh. Consequent to such acquisition DBPL shall become a Wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Board of Directors of the company, in their meeting held on March 7, 2024 has approved the same.
Shish Industries is manufacturer of plastic corrugated sheets, having large distribution network of distributors, warehouses and retail stores with location in over India and will expand to global markets further.
