Further to its intimation dated January 25, 2024 and letter dated February 9, 2024, Vedant Fashions has informed that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench (the ‘NCLT’) vide its Order released on its website on March 7, 2024, has dispensed with the meeting of shareholders and creditors of the Company and Manyavar Creations. Further, the Hon’ble NCLT has directed to serve notices to applicable regulatory authorities along with advertisement of notice in newspaper as a part of the NCLT process. In this regard, it has enclosed the NCLT Order. Copy of the Scheme along with the NCLT Orders are also uploaded on the website of the Company at www.vedantfashions.com.
