In continuation with the earlier financial Results submitted for quarter ending 31st December 2023, B & B Realty has informed that the company is ratify its clerical error and are mentioning the UDIN in limited Review Report. The company has resubmitted the financial results with UDIN for the good corporate governance and there are no other changes in the financials apart from UDIN. Further, it has informed that it was a clerical error which was unintentional and not deliberate.
