Pursuant to Regulation 30, Regulation 47(3) read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, IMP Powers has informed that the Liquidator of the Company has issued a Sale Notice in respect of the Company under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, proposing the sale of the Company as a ‘Going Concern’ as per Regulation 32(e) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2016.
